Rev. Wesley S. Dickson, Senior PastorWesley grew up in the small community of Bristol, IL and attended Yorkville High School. He then pursued a Computer Science degree from Northern Illinois University until realizing a call to pastoral ministry. He became a Student Pastor of two rural congregations, Lyndon UMC and Leon UMC. Realizing that his life was headed in a new direction, he changed his college major to Communication Studies and graduated in 2002. He then embarked upon his Seminary education at University of Dubuque Theological Seminary and graduated in 2005. He then was appointed to Coleta UMC and served there for four years. During this time, he completed requirements that led to his Ordination as an Elder in 2009. He was appointed to Crossroads of Faith in June, 2009. He is delighted to be appointed to this congregation which is poised to grow and make an impact on the community of Bolingbrook. Wesley enjoys geocaching and is married to Karen.
