Crossroads of Faith United Methodist Church

Mission projects

Crossroads has teamed up with Nat Garofalo's group (St. Elmo Commandery #64, Riverside, IL) for a FOOD and CLOTHING drive. This is an on going mission until June 2024.

All non-perishable food and tolietries will supplement the DuPage Township pantry. DuPage Township serves those in need in  both Bolingbrook and Romeoville.

The clothing is being given to Wrapped in Love (WIL). WIL is a local not for profit organization which was created to be a bridge between those in need and those that have a desire to give.  For more information about WIL can be found on Facebook.

Our Giving Tree 2023 Honoring Logan was a huge success!

Recap: Our Crossroads family donated monetary gifts to help Tracy & Jack give gifts to Lurie Children's Hospital in honor of Logan!

Note from Logan's Mom & Brother:

Thank you Crossroads for helping us fulfill Logan's dream of giving every child at Lurie Children's Hospital a stuffed animal.  On Logan's birthday, January 17th, we delivered 44 Mickey Mouse's and Pot Belly gift cards (there is a Pot Belly Sandwich Shop in the hospital).  There are 44 rooms on the cardiac floor (CCU) where Logan spent the last six months post transplant.  We appreciate all your kindness and helping us to give back to help kids smile.  With Love, Tracy & Jack

Logan was a beloved young man in our Crossroads family.  Logan was born with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD). In the summer of 2021 Logan received a heart transplant.  He suffered some complications and although he was strong and brave, he lost his battle in December 2021.  Crossroads will always remember our sweet Logan.  To learn more about Logan or CHD please visit his Facebook page, Logan Industries - Logan, Our Little Light.
